Description
About the Wine: An elegant wine with aromas of black cherry and sweet herbs. On the palate, hints of almond and toast integrate alongside supple tannins before a long, mineral-tinged finish. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 16 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels, with Sangiovese aged in 500-liter tonneaux and Merlot in 225-liter barriques. Pairs well with grilled fish, stews, beef, and rich pasta dishes like risotto.
